1. How do I become a SURE-i VIP Member?
Spend RM800 or more in a single transaction on the SURE-i official website, and complete your membership details, including your Identification Card (IC) number, to become a VIP Member. All SURE-i VIP members will receive an exclusive Welcome Pack worth RM69.90.
2. What is included in the Welcome Pack?
The Welcome Pack contains 2 GBC, 2 MS2 and 7 Okralean, worth RM69.90 in total.
3. How can existing customers check if they are eligible for the VIP Membership?
If you’ve made a single purchase of RM800 or more with SURE-i before 1 October, you are eligible for VIP Membership – all you have to do is complete your membership details by providing your IC number to be upgraded automatically, with no additional purchase required. 4. Can I still enjoy regular member benefits if I did not complete my SURE-i membership details?
Yes, you can. Even if you did not complete your membership details, you are still a SURE-i Regular Member who can collect points with every purchase.

Yes, they will. Your points are valid for 2 years, starting from the month of purchase. We recommend you use them before they expire.
8. Can I transfer or convert my membership points into cash?
No, you can’t. Membership points are not transferable to anyone else, and they cannot be converted into cash.
9. Can I use all my birthday vouchers at once?
Yes, you can. If you purchase RM4,000 or more in a single transaction, you can use 5 vouchers at once to enjoy an instant rebate of RM500.
10. Can I still use my birthday vouchers after my birthday month?
No. They are valid only during your birthday month and cannot be extended.
